Making Therapy Accessible
At Empowered Legacy Center, we believe quality mental health care should be accessible. That’s why we accept insurance—so you can focus on healing, not high out-of-pocket costs. We work directly with your insurance provider to confirm coverage and keep the process simple.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
-
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
-
How much is my deductible and how much of it has been met this year?
-
What is my copay for outpatient mental health visits?
-
Is this coverage applicable before or after I met my deductible?
-
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
-
Is approval or referral for mental health services required from my primary care physician?
-
Are virtual outpatient mental health visits (or teletherapy) covered by my plan?
Empowered Legacy Center requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 fee. This fee must be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to the process.
